O Ministério da Mulher na Igreja, embora questionado em alguns segmentos, deveria ser reavaliado. Se no passado a mulher Febe pôde exercer o diaconato, naturalmente na atualidade essa prática jamais poderia ser recusada. No Egito antigo, as mulheres eram sacerdotisas, e na Igreja Primitiva elas tinham atividades ministeriais no grupo apostólico. O “machismo” ou o “feminismo” tem de ser extirpado da mente e dos corações dos homens quando o assunto é Ministério Feminino na Igreja. – Jairo de Lima Alves
