A redução da maioridade penal seria um bom paliativo para diminuir a criminalidade praticada por jovens delinquentes. As medidas socioeducativas não ajudam muito no combate à delinquência juvenil. O correto mesmo seria, que o código penal fosse completamente reformado, e no contexto, os jovens deveriam ser criminalizados adotando-se todas as regras aplicadas aos adultos. – Jairo de Lima Alves
